Are you a creative and data-driven digital marketer with leadership experience? Our client, an award winner and leader in their industry, are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping their digital marketing strategy and growing their online presence.

Role Overview:
You will be leading the digital marketing efforts across multiple social platforms, oversee influencer and brand ambassador initiatives, as well as the digital marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to marketing and achieving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee daily social media management, creating content calendars and optimising engagement.
• Drive influencer marketing campaigns and manage a growing brand ambassador programme.
• Support the creation of engaging content in collaboration with other teams.
• Use analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities.
• Align digital strategies with e-commerce objectives while working within budgets.

What You'll Need:

• Solid Digital Marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Expertise in social media platforms.
• Experience in influencer and ambassador programme management.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.

What’s on Offer:

• Up to £55,000, dependent on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (this is a full-time, in-office role).
