Assembly Operator – Horsham Area

We are currently looking for a detail-focused Assembly Operator to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in the Horsham area.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, precision assembly, and being part of a team producing high-quality products.

What you’ll be doing:

Assembling small electrical connectors and components

Preparing and applying adhesives and silicone sealant
Operating assembly equipment
Packaging and labelling finished products
Supporting stores and general production duties

What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good manual dexterity – working with small components
Previous assembly or production experience (engineering/small batch environment ideal)
Reliable with good timekeeping
Comfortable using a computer
A team player with good communication skills

Full training will be provided, including silicone application techniques, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work in a supportive team environment.
