A lovely, friendly and well-established organisation based in Southwater is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working as part of a small and friendly team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration for the business using Sage 200.
Duties will include:
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Credit control and supplier payments
Preparing VAT returns
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with payroll administration
Posting journals and updating ledgers
Supporting month-end processes
Using Sage 200 for daily finance activities and reporting
General finance and office administration duties
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous bookkeeping experience essential
Experience using Sage 200 is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Friendly, professional and reliable approach
