Must drive — role based on the outskirts of Horsham Temporary Administrator £14.50ph | Immediate Start | 3–4 Days Per Week
A small, friendly charity is seeking a Temporary Administrator to support their office. This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable and confident with general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and responding to enquiries
Managing the office inbox and replying to emails
Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal records
Preparing and sending certificates
Printing, scanning, filing and general office duties
Sending post and managing basic correspondence
Supporting membership administration (logging new members, updating details)
Booking safeguarding courses and issuing certificates
Maintaining simple CRM/records
Assisting with diary updates and small admin tasks for trustees
Requirements
Strong administrative experience
Confident using Excel, Word and email systems
Good communication and organisation skills
Ability to work independently in a small office
Must drive — location is on the outskirts of Horsham
Xero experience is a bonus
Hours: 10:00–14:00, 3–4 days per week (Thursday preferred)Pay: £14.50 per hour
Start: Immediately
