Location: Horsham (Office-based)

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

The role of Sales Support for our well-establish client in their Horsham office offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to our dynamic team. 

As the primary point of contact for customer onboarding, contract renewals, and service queries, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and generating quotes for service jobs and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding, contract renewals, and service queries.
• Identify new business opportunities and uplift leads from existing clients.
• Handle Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and quote for service jobs and contract renewals.
• Build strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide monthly reports and maintain client data.
• Ensure high standards in customer communication and account management.

Skills & Experience:

A strong communicator, both written and verbal, is essential, as is the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth from existing clients. A keen eye for detail, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key traits for success in this role. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); CRM experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.
