Your Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing goods inwards, ensuring quality control and accurate documentation.
• Leading the picking, packing, and dispatching of orders for production and sales.
• Overseeing stock movements, identifying improvements, and streamlining processes.
• Coordinating courier bookings and managing export packing and freight arrangements.
• Collaborating with production teams to address shortages, damages, or quality issues.
• Ensuring forklift operations comply with safety standards.
• Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts for accurate inventory management.

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within electronics/ engineering.
• Proven supervisory skills and a knack for organisation.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong stock management expertise and a track record of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• The ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure.
