Business Compliance Administrator - Part Time

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Compliance Administrator to join their busy QA team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with quality or compliance experience who enjoys detail-driven work and supporting customers with compliance documentation and QA information requests. You’ll work closely with the QA Manager and wider team, playing a key role in maintaining quality standards across two established businesses.

The role:

• Completing customer compliance questionnaires
• Responding to QA information requests from customers and suppliers
• Supporting internal audits when required
• Researching compliance requirements and preparing accurate documentation
• Working collaboratively within the QA team

What our client is looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Quality or Compliance role
  • Experience within an ISO 9001 environment would be absolutely ideal
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering would be highly beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
  • Confident researching and analysing information
  • A team player with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Good IT skills and general computer literacy
