Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator from a wealth management / IFA environment looking for a friendly, professional firm where you’ll be truly valued?
We’re working with a well-established and supportive financial planning practice in Horsham who are looking to welcome a confident and organised Administrator to support their Advisers and wider wealth processing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with clients, and being a key part of a close-knit office — not a call-centre or high-volume pensions admin role.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting Financial Advisers with the full admin process around client reviews and ongoing servicing, including:
Preparing accurate annual review packs
Booking and managing client appointments and adviser diaries
Maintaining client records on XPLAN and 360
Producing post-review letters and client correspondence
Ensuring all documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
Supporting the wealth processing team with new business and chasing providers when needed
General administrative support to keep everything running smoothly
🎯 What They’re Looking For
Previous experience in Financial Services is essential (IFA / Wealth Management preferred)
Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office environment
A team player who takes pride in delivering great service

🎁 What’s On Offer
£30,000 – £35,000 salary (depending on experience)
